
It’s all comes down to time. Time plays a big role in our life and we fear when it’s not being used correctly. But We continue on wasting it. We overthink continually getting overwhelmed because all we hear is tik tok. Tik tok. But we become so overwhelmed in not using our time correctly we get drained and do what? Nothing. We become tired and want to shut down. What’s the solution? We need to stop being so worried of the time and take it step by step. We ignore that every step becomes a success. We think it’s always a jump we must take to be fully satisfied, to see a difference. But with those jumps there’s 5 steps back. We forget that a jump is a rush in which we grow tired of doing over and over. See with steps comes rest and the want to continue. But with jump comes tiredness that we forget in order to keep growing we must keep going.
Like a drug addict or acholic it takes certain steps in order to change. Its not just one day you wake up and boom your healed. It takes time. It takes steps.
It takes realizing that overthinking of time and the future doesn’t make a change but only procrastinates you more. It takes understanding that steps are necessary in any change in your life.
Look at what you want to accomplish or goals you may have and make up small steps for them. And the key to all of this is patience. Patience in which we must understand that growth takes time but it does happen. Understanding that it takes time to see a change but that does not mean one should give up… Don’t lose hope and most importantly put your trust and God and watch Him transform your life. Believe in yourself whether it takes you a month or even a year to get there. Never give up. Never waste time in stressing about the future when you should be thinking of the now. Like what will you do in the next hour? Not in the next few weeks because those days are not here yet so why focus on it?
