New mindset

Okay guys! Continuing with challenge 1 , I want to share with you the 5 practices I use to a new mindset!

These practices really help me and I hope it helps you to reprogram you mind to ultimate Success instead of automatic failure.

Step one : Morning Ritual

A morning ritual is Super important! Why? Because the morning is what sets you day in motion. For example waking up grumpy will set you day up for disaster! Instead Smile! Appreciate that you have a new day! That you still have life! Waking up to a new day is confirmation that you have a new opportunity! That means that your chances of succeeding are still there!

How is my Morning Ritual?

First thing I do is look up to the ceiling for a couple minutes and process the day. I give out the biggest smile even if I’m to sleepy to give it. Lol. And I start with a morning Conversation with God! I thank him for another great day. I declare that the day will be awesome and full of new opportunities! Then I give a full stretch , still smiling of course! Then I go look out my window, look up to the sky and again smile. Because I got to see a new day!

Step two: Journaling

In my journaling session I first write down 5 things I’m grateful for and 5 things I declare in the day/future.

I continue with writing down my goals and what I will and can do to achieve them. I then go ahead and write a letter to God. Having my day be full of God’s goodness is very important to me! I want to grow my connection with God every day and this is what helps me have such an amazing day to be honest. Because I’m putting God first above all this. For he is who is guiding my footsteps.

Just Journaling for 5 maybe even 10 minutes a day made a big difference in my life. Why? Because I got to just clear my mind for a couple a minutes and say everything I want to say. Also it makes you realize how much you should appreciate life when you write down what you are grateful for. And writing down your goals everyday and what you will do to achieve them will motivate you into believing that you can. Because you Can! Remember its all about Law of attractions!

Step three : Self Everything!

Self love! Self care! Look you need to take that time away to truly love yourself and care for yourself. It’s great that you want to hustle day in and day out but you need to understand that the body and spirit need their time of rest and affection! Even in between working give yourself a motivational pep talk. You need to believe every single day that you are enough!

Step 4: Reprogramming your thoughts

This was a tricky one for me to do and it still is a struggle. I don’t know about you but sometimes negative thoughts want to crawl my mind and make me believe that I will never accomplish my goals. And because I didn’t put a stop to this I started believing it. So I started practicing every time a negative thought will form in my head I will quickly change it to a positive one. For example:

You will never open up your own business. To My future business will be a success!

You don’t look pretty compared to the IG Models. To You are just as beautiful. There is no need to compare myself!

Step Five: Action!

SIMPLY START! Look we do sooo much talking and planning not enough doing! If we let our planning and thoughts overpower us we will end up getting tired and not even working towards it. And all that planning you did meant nothing! Look our minds will always make us believe its not the right time, we don’t have the supplies, or money , or even experience to even start. So we think we need to doo years of research and planning to even start. No matter the outcome just Start! Look I’m not going to promise you that you wont fail because we all do! But let that teach you what not to do next time. Life is all about learning! We need to just let fear aside and simply do it anyways.
